What is it like to be a programmer in Bijeljina?

Bijeljina is a city in Bosnia and Herzegovina, located in the northeastern part of the Republic of Srpska, in the center of the flatland region of Semberija, known for its production and trade of food. It has a population of over 100,000 inhabitants. As it is located at the crossroads between Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, it attracts a certain number of tourists interested in its landmarks such as the Dvorovi spa, the Stanišić ethno village, the Tavna monastery, and many others. In July 2012, Bijeljina received the status of a city, and since ’92 it has had institutions for higher education. Today, it has four state faculties and the same number of private universities.
